What are your delivery terms?

We deliver your order within 7 days of purchase, direct to your home, free of charge. Our delivery team will contact you to make an appointment, at a time that suits you.

What if I am not at home?

Our delivery team will contact you to arrange another delivery time for you at no extra charge.

Do Bedrooms Direct have a shop?

To keep our costs low, and give you the best prices, we do not have a shop. We only sell on-line.

What happens if the bed does not suit?

Our sales team will ensure with you over the phone and by email, the product is what you have ordered. However if for whatever reason you are not happy with the purchase, we will arrange for collection of the bed and refund you the money, or offer you a credit off another purchase.

Is VAT included?

All our prices include VAT. There are no hidden extras.

How do I pay?

We only accept payment by credit card or laser card. All payments are processed through a secure site by Realex Payments.

What happens after I place my order?

As soon as you place you order ,you will receive an email confirmation from us that you order has been placed. You will also receive a call from our sales team that day to arrange delivery.

Do Bedrooms Direct deliver outside Ireland?

We only deliver within Ireland, and we have a nationwide delivery service.
